Dr Natalia Rusnac is a Clinical Psychologist supporting autistic and ADHD people to build vibrant neuro-affirming lives. She helps her clients grow beyond coping and show up in the world in a way that is aligned with what matters the most to them.
Natalia had DIY-ed her website previously and she knew it was time for a redesign. She wanted to:
- Get more exposure to her ideal clients
- Boost her SEO and Google presence
- Resonate with her clients with new branding and photos
- Make it clear she works on Telehealth only.
The planning stages
Natalia got in touch with me one year before we started working on her website. She wasn’t in a rush and really wanted to get her new website done well and done right.

The website process
Once the business assets were ready, we began the 6-week website design process.
Website Planning
Natalia and I communicated about the need for the website to be warm and inviting for her potential clients. That it be professional and easy to use. We chatted about which colours of her palette resonated with her and which photos she was most wanting to use.
Website Design
I mocked up the homepage design for Natalia to see how her branding, photos and content would come together on a website. Accompanying the design was a video of me explaining my design choices. With minimal changes, she signed off on the design.
Website Build
I built the website on WordPress, keeping the page layouts and overall aesthetic consistent with the homepage design. This ensures the website as a whole feels like a complete entity. SEO was applied to each page as it was getting built.
Website Review & Launch
Natalia reviewed the website before it went live, paying particular attention to the content, making sure it was correct and consistent. Then it was launch time. The migration process was seamless, with minimal downtime during the process.
